While vacationing in Jamaica, me and the family took the tour. With a joint in one hand and a Red Stripe in the other. Joints were 3 for $21! They were the size of super tampons….lol! It was the highlight of out time spent in Jamaica. We hired a private driver, from the resort we stayed. Our tour guide was a trip…Captain Crazy….he lives up to his name!
The roads are crazy!! We met Bob’s mother at the gift shop and one of her sons. I have a picture with them:) I loved the little stories about the house and knowing he wrote songs there, just gives me the chills.
This was a few years back and I cherish the experience I had there with my family. The next time I go…I will smoke AFTER the tour

Just got back from Jamaica, my girlfriend and I took the trip to 9 mile to visit Bob Marley’s tomb. The trip through the mountains will let you see real life in Jamaica, not something you’ll see if you stay on the resort. As soon as you pull up to the foundation you can get ganja, as the rastafari are waving 2 foot along buds at you. The tour is amazing, the energy felt is unlike any other. After the tour my girl and I took a tour with the natives to check out where they grow their buds, everyone was very cool.
